Cluster for development of Serbian hotel-management and gastronomy - HGS

2nd stage, industrial sector: Hospitality and Tourism

Cluster HGS represents association for development the hotel - managment and gastronomy and for raising a quality of service sector in Serbia. Cluster was established in 2008.


Cluster’s objective is to improve service standards in the hotel - managment industry, promote business efficiency and organization, facilitate and accelerate the flow of information, represent companies in the market and provide timely information on current developments in the industry.

 

Cluster activities:

  • Development of business cooperation between cluster members, lobbying and influence on creating strategies relevant for the cluster, network development, communication strategy and data base development.
  • Implementation of new technologies and standards (ISO 2200, HACCP etc).
  • Cluster development: growth in numbers of members and their quality.
  • Formal and informal education.
  • Organizations of fairs and other promotional events.
