Memos cluster is an association dedicated to the competitiveness promotion of metal producers from Indjija and Srem regions, established in 2006.


Cluster’s objectives are to systematically develop and implement innovative solutions to existing production and service programs and joint presentation on the targeted markets, and to improve private enterprises in the regions.

 

Cluster activities:

  • Creating the network of cluster member companies and a unified business and information system through developing and implementing "Clusterpro" software.
  • Preparing cluster members for the implementation of the current quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and CE sign).
  • Development of new technology "Producing Plants for Biorenewable Sources of Energy".
  • Development and production of fume cupboards for biodiesel production in farm households.
  • Organization of trainings for industrial managers and entrepreneurs in the region.
