Serbian Software Cluster

3rd stage, industrial sector: IT

The Serbian Software Cluster (SSC) is a business association created to support the competitiveness development of software manufacturers. It was established in 2006 with the support of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society) and international organisations: GTZ, USAID and SIPPO.


Cluster’s objective is to offer support to the Serbian software sector to achieve success in the international market by means of market monitoring, identifying new business opportunities and defining strategies and activities of the Cluster members. Thus, it serves as market catalyst for selection and choice of the main areas where innovative solutions and business expertise could be applied.

  • Establishing strong and confidential business relationships between SSC members and their clients.
  • Negotiating on partner agreements with prominent and world-famous companies.
