The consortium consists of the Ecological Association Helix - Belgrade, Serbia, members of the cluster Galenit, Institute Gaus, Bitola, FYR Macedonia, the Fund for Applied Research and Communications, Sofia, Bulgaria and EKOPOT-association for the development, improvement and promotion of ecological agriculture, tourism and environmental protection, Tuzla Bosnia and Herzegovina. <br /> The project budget is € 250,000.00, and it will be implemented in18 months Project represents a regionally important environmental step forward, because in addition to solving a very important environmental issues - asbestos, will be the nucleus for the creation and development of influential regional environmental action network. <br /> At the competition:"Advocacy in practice", which is called by ISC (Institute for Sustainable Communities ) in partnership with USAID the project's proposal "Advocacy model of social entrepreneurship in the recycling sector as an instrument for poverty reduction and socio-economic integration of collectors community " was approved. The consortium who proposed the projects consists of cluster Galenit and its three members: Ecological Association Helix - as project manager, Eco-service cooperatives, Belgrade and Valjevo Eco plus cooperatives - Valjevo. <br />The project budget is $ 44,800.00, and it will be implemented in 12 months and represents a significant incentive to the promotion and development of social entrepreneurship in our country. </p> http://klasteri.merr.gov.rs/en/News/Furniture-design-competition-awards <p> The fourth competition for the design of furniture which Agency for wood launched for the categories of students and pupils was finished In December 2009. </p> <p> At this year's competition about 50 aplications from faculties and high schools from all over Serbia was received. Novembar at the Palata Srbije with the aim to present the results of the project "Facilitating International Market Access for Manufacturing Suppliers in the Automotive Component Industry in Serbia" which was financed from 2007 to 2009 by the Slovenian government, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Slovenia, and implemented by UNIDO in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia, the Automotive Cluster of Serbia and the Automotive Cluster of Slovenia. </p> <p> </p> <p> The project aim is to improve the network of automotive suppliers in several fields: implementation of quality standards, implementation of information system for joint projects, strengthening the support infrastructure for technological progress, development of joint development projects etc. The project was realized in cooperation with Slovenian Automotive cluster, which will contribute to the development and implementation of joint projects, between Slovenia and Serbia.
